Peanut Butter Cookies by Strawlicious

If you are feeling like a bit of a treat and need a protein hit try these! These super easy Peanut Butter Cookies are delicious!

Ingredients:

·        1 cup Power Super Foods coconut sugar

·        2/3 cup peanut butter

·        1/3 cup tahini

·        1 egg

·        optional 2 tbs choc chips or cacao nibs

Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Combine all ingredients and with slightly wet hands roll into balls and press with the back of a fork.

Bake for 7-9 minutes.

Serve with a chocolate milk or Chocolate Chiller

Business of the month – Meet Becky from Strawlicious!  

I'm a mum to three little girls. We follow a wholesome, healthy lifestyle and are big lovers of green smoothies, fresh juices and healthy homemade slushies.  

I found that when making our numerous 'cocktails' that they could sometimes be on the thicker side so I looked to find a way to make them more enjoyable and easier to drink... and along came strawlicious!
